"Keep Overthinking from Overtaking Your Life"
We all do it from time to time. Everyone overthinks every once in a while.
But.
Overthinking is harmful and when we stay there, we get caught in the downpour of rumination and worry. It is lingering in this very place of overthinking that keeps us stuck. We are unable to get out of our own heads. We go over the thoughts and feelings constantly. Examining, probing, reviewing. And yes, scrutinizing. Why are we unable to to quiet the constant barrage of negative thoughts?
It affects our mood when we beat ourselves up over a mistake we made three days ago, agonize how we are going to achieve a goal, or obsess over every detail surrounding a decision we made. We get caught up in the whirlwind of overthinking sometimes without even realizing it. And overthinking can inhibit our growth, interfere with our well-being and ability to function.
Join me as we discuss why and how overthinking hinders us and learn strategies to keep overthinking from overtaking your life.

Rejection. Everyone has experienced this at one point or another. Whether you get passed over for the promotion, let go from a job, a significant other ends the relationship, or experience exclusion by family or friends. The list of rejection experiences are many.
And rejection hurts. A lot.
While rejection is part of life, figuring out how to reduce the “sting” of it is key to soothing our pain and speeding up our recovery. The more we understand what causes the rebuffing, the more we can practice moving through it and build resilience.
Join me as we learn about why rejection hurts so much and gain insight into how we can recover more quickly.
