  1. Don't distrust your heart. It knows the way.  
  2. The choices you make daily determine if you move closer to your authentic self or further away. Choose wisely.
  3. Celebrate your successes, no matter how big or small.  It helps you get back to yourself when you start to feel a little lost. 
  4. Don't bury those awesome ideas and never share because of fear.  It's way too painful.  Trust yourself.  Great things happen when you do. 
  5. Knowing yourself and living your values is one of the best remedies to self doubt.
